WATCH | Eurovision
The Eurovision contest is in full swing with both semi-finals completed. On Tuesday we saw 10 songs qualify for the Grand Final, some of those being the Netherlands, Ukraine and Portugal. Yesterday 10 more joined them, but we won’t give away any more spoilers if you’re still catching up!
England comes in as the fans fourth to win, but Ukraine take the bookies favourite as the most likely to grab the 2022 Eurovision title! Catch the Grand Final on tomorrow night from 8pm on BBC One.

Have you heard of BookTok? It’s the new latest trend to find the most desired books of the moment! Taking ‘bestselling’ titles by a storm, Colleen Hoover is an American author of psychological thrillers, as well as new and young adult novels. Given a new lease of life by Tik Tok, her 2016 fiction ‘It Ends with Us’ has become an award-winning book.
A tear-jerker for sure, as the reader follows Lily Bloom and her romantic relationships. Although a powerful and raw book, a warning that it does contain themes of domestic violence and abusive relationships, which the author has drawn upon from personal experience. However, critics have praised the way the author has used the narrative to portray important and loving messages to the reader and I’d recommend the read.

Saving the best to last, our very own Producer here at Experience12, Brent Morgan, will be spinning the decks this Friday at Bermondsey Social Club. With filthy mash-ups and bootlegs galore, Brent who mixes under the name of ‘Guten Morgan’ will be joining a list of other incredible DJ’s to serve you the very best house, disco, garage and DnB tunes! You must visit this family run pan-Asian cuisine offering colourful and extremely tasty dishes. With inspiration from a mix of southeast Asian countries including Thailand and Indonesia, providing dishes with food all from locally sourced farmers in Brighton. At affordable prices, I’d recommend the Satay Chicken and Nasi Goreng with an Escobar Island cocktail –this menu is certainly one of the best in town.
