Job Title: Account Executive
Location: London (Hybrid – min. 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Hours: Full-time, 09:30 – 18:00 (with 17:00 finish where possible as a benefit)
Reporting to: Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Account Director
Other Key Relationships: Clients, Suppliers, Senior Management Team

The Account Executive will be instrumental to our Client Services team, assisting the Account Manager and Account Director with best-in-class client services and campaign delivery.
What you’re here to do
Campaign Management
- A basic understanding of marketing and live events
- Undertake research for pitch responses
- Scheduling and attending creative meetings with the wider team
- Creation of framework decks, populating imagery and content as required
- Supporting on live events
- Liaise with the Production team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate rates and book work
- Creation of timelines with key milestones, ensuring deadlines are communicated and met.
- Creation of wrap reports outlining the success of campaigns post-event
- Keeping budgets up to date
- Keeps up to date with trends in their market to advise clients
Skills & Experience
- An understanding and passion for the entertainment and pop culture sectors
- Experiential or event client management and delivery experience
- Proven track record of delivery on projects
- Managing budgets
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Passionate and driven approach
- Developing and presenting pitches to clients
- Highly IT & Mac literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
